Issue of Equity

Stanley Gibbons was notified on 28 March 2013 that an option granted under the Company's Share Option Plan 2010 has been exercised by a former employee which requires the issue of 10,931 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, application has been made for 10,931 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 9 April 2013.

Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 28,742,267 Ordinary Shares.
