Result of ZDP Placing

On 24 November 2017, Chelverton Small Companies Dividend Trust PLC ("SDV" or the "Company") and SDV 2025 ZDP Plc ("2025 ZDPCo"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDV, published a prospectus containing details of proposals, inter alia, to allow investors to take part in a ZDP Placing.

ZDP Placing

Following the announcement of the result of Placing, Intermediaries Offer and Offer for Subscription of C Shares on 22 December 2017 the Board of 2025 ZDPCo is pleased to announce it has placed 1,802,336 ZDP Shares at 100 pence per share with certain institutional and other investors raising gross proceeds of approximately GBP1.8 million.

Admission and dealings

Taking into account the ZDP Shares to be issued pursuant to the Scheme (as detailed in the announcement of the results of elections under the Scheme on 19 December 2017), application will be made for 12,780,083 ZDP Shares to be admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 8 January 2018. It is anticipated that CREST accounts will be credited (where applicable) on the same day and the ZDP Shares will trade using the ticker SDVP and under ISIN GB00BZ7MQD81. New share certificates in respect of the ZDP Shares will be issued as soon as practicable following admission.
