Shariah Capital, Inc. (SCAP:L) announces that the Dubai Multi
Commodities Centre Authority ("DMCCA") has agreed to maintain no
less than $62,000,000 of investment capital (net of investment
losses, if any) in DSAM Kauthar Commodity Fund, Ltd. until 30 June
2012.
