Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 8 November 2018 it received notification that on 7 November 2018 Laurie Bowen, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 672 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of GBP7.26 per Share.
