BLOCK LISTING

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of up to 300,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each which may be allotted and issued in due course in respect of the Rathbone Brothers Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. The shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 2 December 2013.
