                                Directors Dealing 
 
 
 
Pursuant to the placing announced on 19 July 2010, the Directors of the Company 
have acquired new Ordinary Shares in the Company on the following basis: 
 
Tim Baldwin, Executive Chairman, participated in the placing and subscribed for 
2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 4p. Following the placing, he 
will have an interest in 8,029,438 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.32% of the 
issued share capital of RAM. 
 
Mark Edmonds, Communications Director, participated in the placing and 
subscribed for 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 4p. Following 
the placing, he will have an interest in 1,063,363 Ordinary Shares, representing 
0.97% of the issued share capital of RAM. 
 
The family of Edward Adams, Non-executive Director, participated in the placing 
and subscribed for 250,000 Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 4p. Following 
the placing, Mr Adams will have an interest in 1,387,967 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 1.27% of the issued share capital of RAM.
