ISSUE OF EQUITY 
 
 
RAM Investment Group plc ("RAM" or the "Company"), the investor in Digital out 
of Home ('DOOH') media, communications and Intellectual Property, announces that 
it has now applied for the 3,333,334 new RAM Ordinary Shares of 1p each, issued 
at 9.75p per share to acquire the entire issued share capital of Estates Media 
Partners Limited under the share purchase agreement with Frogmore Property 
Company Limited (announced on 23rd December 2009) to be admitted to trading on 
AIM. 
 
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares 
in issue. Admission to trading is expected to occur on or around Monday 4th 
January 2009. 
 
 
These new Ordinary Shares have been included in the calculation of the Total 
Voting Rights figure announced separately today.
