                    QuestAir Announces Fiscal 2006 Year End
                          Conference Call and Webcast

BURNABY, B.C. - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) will hold a
conference call and webcast to discuss its results for the fiscal year ended
September 30, 2006 on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at 6:00 a.m. PST (9:00 a.m.
EST, 2:00 p.m. GMT).
