Plectrum Petroleum plc, the AIM listed international oil and gas explorer,
announces that Adam Reynolds, a non-executive director, has today stepped down
from the Board to devote more time to his other business interests.



Mike Whyatt, Plectrum's Executive Chairman, said:



"Adam was a founder of the company and it's first Chief Executive Officer. I
would like to thank Adam for his valuable contribution to Plectrum and wish him
