Investment Limited that they have a notifiable interest in the Company of
15,300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 9.44% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

These shares are beneficially held in the following names:

Strathclyde Pension Fund: 4,000,000 representing 2.47% of the issued share
capital of the Company

The Alphpagen Volantis Fund Limited: 5,000,000 representing 3.09% of the issued
share capital of the Company

The Gartmore Limited Issue UK Small Cap Fund Ltd: 1,000,000 representing 0.62%
of the issued share capital of the Company
