Plectrum announce that it has changed its accounting reference date from 30
September to 31 December. The Company propose to announce its results to 31
December the week beginning 27 March 2005, which will incorporate the business
of Plectrum Oil & Gas plc and its subsidiary, Plectrum Oil Limited, since their
acquisition by the Company on 28 September 2005.
