Puma VCT II plc ("the Company")

As at the close of business on 30 June 2008, the estimated Net  Asset
Value per  ordinary  share  ("NAV  per share")  of  the  Company  was
103.78p.  This represents a loss of 1.5 per cent on the NAV per share
since 31  May  2008 after  allowing  for  the dividend  of  1.5p  per
Ordinary Share payable on 27 June 2008.  The estimated fully  diluted
NAV per share was 102.54p.
