The Company was informed on 15th November 2006 of the following transaction in
the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"):

On 15th November 2006, Parkwood Group Trustees Limited purchased 50,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 98 pence.

Following this transaction Parkwood Group Trustees Limited had increased its
notifiable interest in the company from 627,725 ordinary shares of 1p each
representing 3.20% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital to
677,725 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 3.46% of the Company's total
issued ordinary share capital.

Parkwood Group Trustees Limited acts as the trustee for the Employee Benefit
Trust. The beneficiaries of the Employee Benefit Trust include the directors of
the Company who therefore have an interest in the Employee Benefit Trust.
