                           DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS                            

The Company was informed on 25th September 2006 of the following transactions
in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"):

On 25th September 2006, Mr A W Hewitt purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 76 pence and 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77 pence. Mr A W
Hewitt is the Chairman of the Company.

On 25th September 2006, the Trustees of the A W Hewitt Family Settlement Trust
purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77 pence.

Following these transactions Mr A W Hewitt's total beneficial and non
beneficial holding in the Company is 10,960,000 Ordinary Shares representing
55.9 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
