The Directors announce that due to the meeting being inquorate, the Annual
General Meeting of the Company has been adjourned to 2 p.m. on 9 June 2004.



As a result of the adjournment, it is expected that dealings in the ordinary
shares which will arise on the passing of the resolution by shareholders to
implement the stock split will commence on 10 June 2004.  In addition, provided
the resolution to amend the articles of association is approved by shareholders,
the shares may be settled in CREST from this date.
