9.95%). Permal Japan Holdings N.V is the sole beneficial owner of
Japan Omnibus Ltd.
2. Permal Investment Holdings N.V (9,483,572 shares and voting
rights of 9.96% - down from 12.90% at time of last filing.)
This notification is also being made in respect of Permal
InvestmentManagement Services Limited (PIMS)and Permal Asset
Management LLC (PAM), which are both indirect holders of the shares
for the purpose of DTR 5.2.1(h). Please see Section 13 for further
information.

contained in investment management agreements
with Permal Japan Holdings N.V (PJH)
and Permal Investment Holdings N.V (PIH)
and sub-delegates investment management
to PAM, which also holds the voting
rights under proxy as a result.
All voting rights held on behalf of
PJH and PIH are aggregated for the purposes
of DTR 5.2.1(e).
The change in percentage voting rights
is due to PIH selling 250,000, which
caused PIH's ownership to decrease to
9.96%. As a result, collectively, PIMS
and PAM's total percentage voting rights
decreased from
20.17% to 19.91%.
