8.82%). Permal Japan Holdings N.V is the sole beneficial owner of
Japan Omnibus Ltd. There were no changes to these votes rights
since the last filing done on behalf of this entity 2. Permal
Investment Holdings N.V (15,731,572 shares and voting rights of
15.88% - down from 19.16% at time of last filing.) This
notification is also being made in respect of Permal Investment
Management Services Limited (PIMS) and Permal Asset Management
Inc. (PAMI), which are both indirect holders of the shares for the
purposes of DTR 5.2.1(h). Please see Section 13 for further
information.

PIMS holds the voting rights under proxy
contained in investment management
agreements with Permal Japan Holdings
N.V (PJH) and Permal Investment Holdings
N.V (PIH) and sub-delegates investment
management to PAMI which also holds the
voting rights under proxy as a result.
All voting rights held on behalf of PJH
and PIH are aggregated for the purposes
of DTR 5.2.1(e). The change in
percentage voting rights is due to PIH
selling 2,762,000 shares. As a result
PIMS and PAMI's total percentage voting
