Pall Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend 
 
    EAST HILLS, N.Y.--Oct. 6, 1997--The Board of 
Directors at Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) have declared a regular 
quarterly dividend at a rate of 14 cents per share, payable on 
November 3, 1997 to shareholders of record as of October 20, 1997.
