Issue of Equity & Net Asset Value 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc announce that as at 30 June 
2009 the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share was 97.1p. 
 
Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc announces that at a board meeting held on 17 
July 2009 715,976 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each were issued and 
allotted to 43 subscribers at a price of 102.75 pence per share for 
cash. 
 
Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of 
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest 
practical opportunity. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is 
now 19,627,827 Ordinary shares.
