Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc are pleased to announce a 
further allotment on 30 April 2009 of 134,600 ordinary shares of 10p 
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant 
to the Offer which opened on 22 May 2008 and which, pursuant to a 
Supplementary Prospectus dated 3 April 2009, was extended to close no 
later than 15 May 2009 (or such earlier date on which the Offer is 
fully subscribed). 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official 
List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly and 
dealings are expected to commence on 5 May 2009. 
 
The Company now has 17,934,821 Ordinary Shares in issue.
