                            Resignation of Director


Orbis Plc announces that its non-executive Chairman, Robert Morgan, has resigned
from the Board with immediate effect.  The Company's Chief Executive, Michael
Holmes, has taken over as Executive Chairman, until other arrangements can be
made.



In view of the absence of non-executive directors from the Board, KPMG Corporate
Finance has given notice to resign as the Company's Nominated Adviser in
accordance with the terms of its appointment.  A further confirmatory
announcement will be made when this resignation becomes effective on 17th March
2008.
