Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Numis announces that on 27 March 2020, it purchased 60,000
(0.06%) Numis ordinary shares into Treasury. The shares were
purchased at a price of GBP2.01each.
As a result of the above, the total number of Numis shares held
in Treasury is 12,211,088 (11.50%), the number of ordinary shares
in issue remains the same and the total number of voting rights in
the company is 106,277,448 which is the number which may be used by
the shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
