NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 11 June 2007 that Bear, Stearns
International Trading Limited sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 7
June 2007 which decreased their shareholding from 1,836,628 ordinary shares
(4.45% of the issued share capital) to 1,636,628 ordinary shares (3.97% of the
issued share capital).
