Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 1 June 2007 that ING Bank NV purchased
750,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 May 2007 which increased their
shareholding from 1,170,000 ordinary shares (2.84% of the issued share capital)
to 1,920,000 ordinary shares (4.65% of the issued share capital).
