Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 17 May 2007 that Bear, Stearns
International Trading Limited sold 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14
May 2007 which decreased their shareholding from 1,656,628 ordinary shares
(4.01% of the issued share capital) to 1,406,628 ordinary shares (3.41% of the
issued share capital).
