Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 23 April 2007 that Bear, Stearns
International Trading Limited purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company
on 19 April 2007 which increased their shareholding from 1,131,628 ordinary
shares (3.429% of the issued share capital) to 1,431,628 ordinary shares (4.338%
of the issued share capital).
