Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 16 April 2007 that Bear, Stearns
International Trading Limited purchased 475,000 ordinary shares in the Company
on 11 April 2007 which increased their shareholding from 656,628 ordinary shares
(1.99% of the issued share capital) to 1,131,628 ordinary shares (3.43% of the
issued share capital).
