Network  Technology  PLC  announces  that  Mr  Paul  Cottrell,
Finance  Director, has resigned from the Board with  immediate
effect in order to pursue his other business interests.

An  announcement  with  regard to the  appointment  of  a  new
finance director will be made at the earliest opportunity.
