NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PLC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Chairman of Network Technology Plc, Klaus Bollmann, informs the Company's
shareholders of two separate additional allotments of shares since the issue of
catch up shares announced to the London Stock Exchange on 20th February 2004.

The Company wanted to reduce its financing costs and pay back a note held by
Wells Fargo Bank.  In order to cost-efficiently raise the required funds the
Directors placed those shares.  The shares were allotted on the Directors'
authority received by the shareholders to allot up to 9.9% of the Company's
shares for equity.  The shares allotted in that way will amount to 1.77% of the
Company's allotted share capital.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the listing of these 35389 shares.
