Network Technology Plc: Annual Report 14 December 2001

Network Technology Plc announces that its 2001 Annual Report will be posted to 
shareholders on Friday 21 December 2001, and will include some up-to-date 
information regarding restructuring and future outlook.

The Annual Report shows how the Company has refocused itself and where it is  
going. In common with much market sentiment, the directors of Network Technology
also believe that the computer related markets will pick up in the latter part 
of 2002.

As indicated in the 2000 Annual Report, the company has invested in new 
technologies, which have unique positions in their markets and are poised for 
growth. The company has already stepped up its marketing activities, which may 
partly account for the recent rise in the company's share price.

The directors' pension fund purchased shares at 8.5p a share Thursday 6 December
2001.
