    Ringdale named Premier Partner at HP Conference for integration work to
          implement FollowMe(R) Embedded and Ringdale USB HID Readers


At the 2006 HP Worldwide IPG Solution Partner Conference, Ringdale, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Network Technology Plc (NTY.L), was named a Premier
Partner in the HP Solution Business Partner (SBP) Program.

The status was granted to Ringdale based on their valued integration work to
build high quality output management solutions with HP's market leading imaging
and printing devices.

HP will be the first printer manufacturer to support Ringdale(R) USB - HID Swipe
Card, Proximity Card, Wiegand and Fingerprint Readers on the printer's own USB
port.

Ringdale's Embedded FollowMe(R) Technology for HP printers and multifunction
printers (MFPs) require no external devices, other than the ID reader, to make
FollowMe(R) Queue Server software work with the print device.

The new HP printers and MFPs with FollowMe(R) Embedded installed will
automatically allow all Ringdale(R) USB Reader devices for FollowMe(R) to be
used. Ringdale makes a range of HID (Human Interface Device) compliant readers
including Proximity Card, Swipe Card, Barcode, Wiegand, RS232, Keypad as well as
Fingerprint Biometric Readers.

This world-leading technology can now be rolled out on current HP devices such
as HP's black and white LaserJet 4345mfp and Color LaserJet 4730mfp.
