Ringdale Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Technology Plc ("NT").

The Ringdale Brand is well established throughout the world and known for its
networked printer access related products such as FollowMeTM printing, the
world's leading network printer access and accounting system, as well as
networked access control and "time and attendance" terminals.
                      
Ringdale has signed an agreement with NLynx Technologies Inc, a market leader in
thin clients and network appliances solutions for corporate networks, whereby
Ringdale will add exclusive NLynx products to its product range. These products
include include Slim Client and Zero Client workstations which complement
Ringdale's leadership in corporate and client security to offer organisations a
comprehensive protection solution for both managed and unmanaged devices.

Further, Ringdale will provide full fulfillment of NLynx products as well as
turnkey support for current NLynx Thin Client, Twinax, Gateway and Token Ring
product lines, worldwide.

Klaus Bollmann, Chief Executive of Network Technology commented: "The use of the
Ringdale Brand to deliver NLynx products to the channels is expected to
contribute to an increase in NT's performance within the next quarter.

"Although Twinax and Token Ring are legacy products, there is a consistent
market for those products for the next 2 years in regions where expenditure in
the corporate world does not allow a full replacement of IT infrastructure.

We are optimistic about Thin Client and Zero Client workstations, into which we
will integrate our biometric and conventional access technology, and believe
these products will be a more significant contributor to NT's performance.
