Transaction in Own Bonds 
 
 
 
 
Following the announcements made on the 22nd of January 2009, Nanette announces 
that it has purchased an additional tranche of its own bonds on the Tel Aviv 
Stock Exchange, of par value of NIS 390,005 (Euro 75 thousand) for the total 
consideration of NIS 133,772 (Euro 25 thousand). 
 
 
 
This purchase further illustrates Nanette's financial strength as a group. In 
the current global economic crisis, this is in itself a considerable achievement 
and it is a testament to Nanette's strong operating model and proactive 
financial management. 
 
 
 
The transaction will provide an additional profit at Group level that will be 
reflected in the financial results for this year.
