Grant under 2008 Unapproved Share Option Scheme

On 10 April 2015 the Board of Mulberry granted under the Mulberry Group plc 2008 Unapproved Share Option Scheme 230,415 options (the "New Options") over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to Thierry Andretta the Company's new Chief Executive Officer.

The exercise price for the New Options is 868 pence per share being the closing mid-market price of Mulberry Group plc's shares on 9 April 2015. The New Options will vest on 1 January 2018 and will be exercisable between 1 January 2018 and 10 April 2025.

Apart from the New Options, Thierry Andretta has no other beneficial interest in the Company's shares.
