Director's Dealing and Application for Admission of Ordinary Shares

Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") has been notified that Godfrey Davis, Non Executive Chairman, has exercised options over a total of 30,214 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") as follows:

Under the terms of the Company's share option schemes, Godfrey Davis has agreed to receive cash (net of the exercise price of the relevant options) in lieu of Ordinary Shares, which will be satisfied through the issue and sale of 30,214 new Ordinary Shares by the Company. 2,687 of these new Ordinary Shares were conditionally placed on 19 September 2013 at a price of GBP10.005 per Ordinary Share and 27,527 of these new Ordinary Shares were conditionally placed on 20 September 2013, at a price of GBP9.633.

Following this transaction, Godfrey Davis' beneficial interest in the Company consists of 718,527 Ordinary Shares representing 1.20% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares. Godfrey Davis also holds vested rights over 300,000 Ordinary Shares under Mulberry's Co-Ownership Plan and 78,084 options under the Company's 2008 Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of options and issue and sale of new Ordinary Shares noted above, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 30,214 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that admission of 2,687 new Ordinary Shares will take place on 30 September 2013 and that admission on 27,527 new Ordinary Shares will take place on 1 October 2013.
