   Milestone (AIM:MSG), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and 
technology solutions, announces that it has agreed to issue 23,879,400 
new ordinary shares of 0.1p per share in the Company, subject to 
Admission to AIM, raising GBP232,194 in cash and settling GBP6,600 worth 
of creditors at a price of 1 penny per share, a large premium to the 
current share price. 
 
   The Company also announces that it has issued 21,719,400 warrants to 
certain individuals in the placing entitling the holders to subscribe 
for new ordinary shares - 50% with an exercise price of 1.25p and the 
remainder at 1.75p - which may be exercised up until 22 August 2021. The 
warrants can only be exercised once the share price of the Company has 
exceeded 2.5p for 5-day consecutive period. 
 
   The 23,879,400 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the 
existing ordinary shares of Milestone. 
 
   Application has been made for the 23,879,400 ordinary shares to be 
admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 30 
August 2016. 
 
   Following the issue, Milestone will have in issue 758,847,982 ordinary 
shares with voting rights. 
 
   The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under 
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
