   3 Year Contract signed with Charlton Athletic Community Trust worth 
GBP0.12m 
 
   Milestone (AIM: MSG), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and 
technology solutions announce that it has signed a three-year contract 
with Charlton Athletic Community Trust ("CACT") to provide a dedicated 
OnSide Pro solution. 
 
   The contract is over a 3 year period, worth GBP120,000 and will see CACT 
host a launch event for Onside Pro allowing further promotional 
opportunities for MSG as CACT's official 'Service Provider' amongst 
similar community service stakeholders within the football arena. 
Milestone will recognize the revenue from this contract in three equal 
installments through the life of the contract. 
 
   OnsidePro is a centralised management and reporting system, provided as 
a cloud-based service that can be accessed from any device anywhere with 
an internet connection. CACT is deploying it Trust wide across all 
operational departments. The system will be used to monitor all elements 
of its sessions from the time-keeping of the coaching staff through to 
attendance information for those taking part in its individual 
programmes.  Additionally it provides staff management and scheduling to 
manage allocation of staff against programme sessions ensuring the 
Trust's Health and Safety and Duty of Care obligations are monitored and 
reported. 
 
   Milestone has been working with CACT for a number of years, during which 
time the OnSide product has been developed. This agreement is the 
culmination of this work. 
 
   CACT uses the power of football in partnership with local communities to 
empower individuals to improve their lives and their environment. CACT's 
ground-breaking and innovative programmes are delivered through a 
regular presence in schools and working with disadvantaged or socially 
excluded groups in society, through crime reduction initiatives and 
community based football coaching sessions. 
 
   Onside Pro compliments CACTs innovative approach offering a Trust wide, 
leading edge management and reporting system for all operational 
departments across the Trust. It will provide access to key metrics and 
management information enabling the Trust to evidence outcomes of its 
services in real-time whilst also improving operational and 
administrative efficiencies. Information is recorded using iOS and 
Android mobile devices.
