    Directorate changes

    Metalrax Group PLC ("Metalrax" or the "Group"), the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer durables products, today
announces the following changes to its Board of Directors as it continues the implementation of its turnaround strategy.

    Andrew Pearson will resign as a Non-Executive Director at the end of 2008.  In addition, John Adcock also intends to resign as a
Non-Executive Director following the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director, who will assume the chairmanship of the audit committee,
by the time of the Annual General Meeting in May 2009.

    The Board would like to record its thanks to Andrew Pearson for his significant contribution to Metalrax.
