                                ("the Company")


The Company was notified on Friday 5th May 2006 that InvestinMedia plc had
purchased 614,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 70 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase, InvestinMedia plc's interest in the share capital
of the Company, is now 3,131,943 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
20.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has also been notified today, in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that Chase Nominees Limited has
disposed of 429,413 Ordinary Shares in the share capital of the Company.

As a result of this disposal, the interest held by Chase Nominees Limited in the
share capital of the Company, is now 2,587,556 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 17.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
