Director Declaration 
 
 
 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 23 October, the additional disclosure 
required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to the appointment of Mr. 
Nicholas Stagg as a director of the Company is set out below: 
 
 
  *  Mr. Stagg was a non executive director of Inventive Leisure plc, a formerly 
  quoted company, until January 2006 when it was acquired and subsequently 
  delisted. 
 
 
 
  *  Mr Stagg was a director of the following companies which were dissolved 
  following creditors' voluntary liquidations as part of the administration of the 
  British & Commonwealth Holdings PLC group: 
 
 
 
  *  B&C Properties (Management) Limited - dissolved 7 May 1995; Mr Stagg remained a 
  director on the dissolution date. 
 
 
 
  *  B&C Properties (No 1) Limited - dissolved 7 May 1995; Mr Stagg resigned as a 
  director on 10 January 1995. 
 
 
 
  *  B&C Properties (Developments) Limited - dissolved 11 August 1995.  Mr Stagg 
  resigned as a director on 10 January 1995. 
 
 
 
  *  Mr. Stagg was appointed as a director of Teathers Limited in 2001, a company 
  which has entered into liquidation as part of the winding up procedure of 
  Landsbanki Islands hf., entered into in 2008. In the future, certain other 
  subsidiaries of the Teather & Greenwood group, of which Mr.Stagg was a director, 
  may also enter into liquidation as part of the winding up procedure.
