                          Final Results - Date Change

Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group") announces that the Group's 2007
preliminary results will now be announced on Tuesday 18 March 2008 and not on 10
March 2008 as previously advised.

As a result of recent board changes, the results will be presented by Alan
Barber, Executive Chairman, and Craig Smith, Finance Director. Due to existing
commitments, Mr Barber could not be available on 10 March 2008.
