                           Notice of General Meeting

On 10 January 2008, it was announced that Management Consulting Group PLC
("MCG") had received notice from members whose shareholdings are managed by
Gartmore Investment Limited, requisitioning a General Meeting to consider a
resolution to remove Kevin Parry from his office as a director of MCG (the
"Resolution").

MCG announces that a circular containing a notice convening a General Meeting of
MCG to consider the Resolution will be posted to shareholders today.

The circular sets out the reasons as to why the Board of MCG is unanimously
recommending shareholders to vote AGAINST the Resolution.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Baker & McKenzie LLP, 100 New
Bridge Street, London EC4V 6JA at 1 p.m. on 25 February 2008.

The circular will shortly be available for inspection (during normal business
hours on any weekday, public holidays excepted) at the offices of Baker &
McKenzie LLP at 100 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6JA and at the UKLA's
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
