The Company today announces that Mr Kevin Parry, the Chief Executive of the
Company, on 4 January 2008 acquired 225,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the acquisition of these ordinary shares, Mr Parry will be 
beneficially interested in 1,509,915 Ordinary Shares representing 0.46 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
