The Company received a notification dated 4 October 2006 from Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ("MSSL") informing it that, on 3 October 2006, MSSL disposed
of an interest in the Company's shares with the result that MSSL no longer has a
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
