Director's Dealings

The Company has been informed that on 6 October 2005, Mark Currie, an executive
director of the Company, purchased a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each ('Ordinary Shares') at prices between 48.68 pence and 49.00 pence per
Ordinary Share and equivalent to an average price of 48.82 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following this purchase Mr Currie is beneficially interested in 70,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.037 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
