purchased and cancelled 50,000 M&G Equity Package Units at a price of 79p pence 
per Package Unit. This represents 0.03% of M&G Equity's issued share capital. 
 
To date, a total of 48,067,000 Package Units have been purchased and cancelled 
by M&G Equity resulting in a current issued share capital of 173,544,139 Zero 
Dividend Preference Shares 173,544,139 Income Shares and 173,544,139 Capital
