purchased and cancelled 107,000 M&G Equity Package Units at a price of 78 pence 
per Package Unit. This represents 0.06% of M&G Equity's issued share capital. 
 
To date, a total of 48,017,000 Package Units have been purchased and cancelled 
by M&G Equity resulting in a current issued share capital of 173,594,139 Zero 
Dividend Preference Shares 173,594,139 Income Shares and 173,594,139 Capital
