Following the issue and allotment of 142,609 common shares of US$ 0.0001 each in
the Company, as announced on 22 April 2008, and in accordance with the Financial
Services  Authority's  Disclosure and Transparency  Rules,  the  Company  hereby
announces  that it has   104,236,026* common shares of US$0.0001 each in  issue,
each  share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any common
shares in Treasury.
The  above  figure of 104,236,026* common shares may be used by shareholders  in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if  they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in,  the  share capital of the Company under the Financial Services  Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
* Excluding  any  shares issued since 4 December 2007 pursuant to the  Company's
  block admission as announced on 4 December 2007.
