assists in the early detection and diagnosis of disease, hereby gives notice that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Kensington
Centre, 66 Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UD at 12 noon on Tuesday 16th December 2008.

    The Company confirms that the notice of the meeting and form of proxy are being sent to shareholders today.
