The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 04 September 2015 was 454.82 pence per share (ex income) and 462.77 pence per share (cum income), which excludes the proposed 2015 interim dividend of 5.20p. With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 445.97 pence per share (ex income) and 453.92 pence per share (cum income). The mid-market price at the close of business on 04 September 2015 was 481.00 pence per share. The interim dividend will be paid on 11 September 2015 to holders on the register at the record date of 14 August 2015.
